客户嘉兴三羊绒业有限公司在第25类的“服装”等商品上提交了商标注册申请，商标局以存在在先近似商标为由部分驳回了申请商标在“服装；婴儿全套衣；雨衣；围巾；服装带（衣服）；鞋；帽；袜；手套（服装）”商品上的注册。该商标是客户精心设计的主商标，客户希望通过复审获取该商标的注册。结案后，CARMELO先生回函如下：

For now we don’t have intention to file the litigation because we’re not interested at the moment to produce footwear for Chinese market so we accept the decision of the government of China.

For us it is most important for now to protect the good "headgear and clothing".
对我们来说，目前迫切需要获得商标权保护的是“服装和帽子”。
